Qroda is a QR ordering and menu management service for restaurants, cafes, events, and small shops.

No. Customers can scan the QR code and order from their smartphone browser.

Yes. The store management app supports English and Japanese. The customer-facing menu can be displayed in the languages available for your plan.

Trial availability depends on the selected plan. Please check the pricing page before registration.

Account & billing

Open the signup page, select a plan, and register with email or Google sign-in.

Use the password reset option on the login screen. A reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

Yes. If you subscribe to the Staff Account feature, staff members can log in using their staff account name and PIN.

Web accounts use Stripe billing. Android app accounts use Google Play billing. Subscription management must be done through the billing provider used at registration.

Account deletion is only available when there is no active subscription. Please cancel your subscription first if one exists, then submit your request from the account deletion page .

Menu, QR & orders

Yes. You can create QR codes for each table. Area labels can also be added when needed.

Qroda exports table QR codes as PNG images. For restaurants in Japan, we recommend waterproof adhesive label stickers because they are durable, waterproof and easy to replace.

No printer?

  • Download the PNG and print it in colour at 7-Eleven, FamilyMart or Lawson.
  • Protect the print using clear protective film, or place it inside an A6 soft card case or acrylic stand.

Want professionally printed waterproof stickers?

Upload the PNG image to a waterproof sticker printing service such as Raksul, Web Labels or Digita Print. They can produce ready-to-use waterproof stickers for your restaurant.

Yes. You can edit names, prices, descriptions, tags, images, and visibility. Publish again after changes when required.

Qroda may provide multilingual menu content using AI and automated translation technologies. Because translations are generated automatically, results may vary depending on menu descriptions, local expressions, food names, and context. If a translation appears inaccurate or unnatural, please contact support from inside the app and include the menu item name together with your preferred wording or correction.

New orders appear in the dashboard and order screen. Order status can be updated through the shop management app.

Yes. After placing an order, customers can tap the Order Status / Billing button on the confirmation page. After ordering, the menu page also shows the billing slip button.

Hardware & supported devices

For both ordering and store management, we recommend using the latest Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge on smartphones, tablets, or PCs. When using Safari, the minimum requirement is iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later.

Yes. Qroda can be used on iPhone and iPad. The minimum requirement is iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later. Devices running older versions may not fully support modern web features.

Yes. Qroda can be used on Android devices through the Chrome browser. Where available, the Google Play app version can also be used. For best performance, keep Android OS, Chrome, and Android System WebView updated.

Yes. On Android, Qroda can be used from Google Play where available. On supported desktop and mobile browsers, the browser may show an install option when visiting Qroda.

No. Qroda works with smartphones, tablets, and PCs using a web browser. Dedicated ordering terminals or kitchen printers are not required.

Troubleshooting

Check that the QR print is clear, the device has internet access, the browser is updated, and the QR code points to the correct shop/table URL.

Menu changes may take some time to appear for customers. Before daily operations begin, make sure the menu has already been published. If updates do not appear immediately, please wait a short time and refresh the page.

Check your email, password, Google account, and internet connection. For email login, verify your email address if required.

Reload the page, check the internet connection, and confirm that the shop subscription is active. Access may be restricted if the shop subscription is invalid.
